D’lish was developed by Alan and Anne Joynt. With over 20 years of experience in the food service and hospitality industry they will ensure that your event is perfectly catered for.

We cater for a large variety of events; at home catering, corporate lunches and functions.

We cater for a large number of weddings in the north east with two favorites venues, Seagrave barns in Dunany and The Old Mill in Carlingford. What ever you catering needs are we will provide them.

Based in Dundalk county Louth we pride ourselves in using local produce and local suppliers where possible. We offer a fantastic choice of menus to suit every palate and budget. Don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding the menus or any of our services.

Starting off working in some of the most popular restaurants in mid town Manhattan, Alan began his professional relationship with food. Travelling extensively through Asia he learned about many flavours which still influence his food today.

All this has led to a range of tasty gourmet menus full of exciting flavours that look great!
